Editorial policy
- Evidence over hype. We report what studies found, including null results, limitations and risks.
- Every claim is sourced. Each study summary links to the original paper.
- Evidence is graded. We tell you how strong a finding is, not just what it was.
- Human review. Summaries may be drafted with software assistance, but nothing is published without human review.
- No promotion. We don't sell treatments or endorse any clinic, product or provider.
- Not medical advice. This site is educational. Talk to a qualified health professional about your own situation.
